Please make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability; dial Squaw Creek Transportation at 866-909-RIDE between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. seven days a week. Reservations must be made by 2:00 p.m. the day prior to your travel. Please have the following information available when you call:

- Group/registered name
- Cell phone number
- Arrival date
- Airline and flight number
- Flight arrival time
- Pickup location and destination
- Departure date and time

Transportation to and from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport
Available daily by reservation, shuttles leave Reno/Tahoe International Airport on the hour from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Shuttles leave Resort at Squaw CreekTM on the hour from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Private charters and tours around Lake Tahoe, Reno and surrounding areas
Squaw Creek Transportation can arrange for private charter transportation* to destinations that can include:

*For guests seeking intrastate, pre-arranged transportation, Squaw Creek Transportation, Inc. will arrange for such transportation with a California authorized carrier to accommodate your needs.
Complimentary shuttle service to the base of Squaw Valley USA
- Winter season: A complimentary scheduled Squaw Creek Transportation shuttle departs daily from the Resort at Squaw Creek's ski lift circle on the hour 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. From 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., the shuttle departs from the resort's front lobby.
- Summer season: A complimentary on-call shuttle departs from the resort's front lobby entrance on the hour and half hour from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m daily. To return to the resort from Squaw Valley, catch the departing shuttle from the designated shuttle area at quarter of and quarter past each hour from 9:15 a.m. to 10:45 p.m.
